Very Very Cool 

Renowned Gold Coast chef Mark Kujawa is not only talented in the kitchen but extremely charming and entertaining on the microphone too.  Mark has a way of making even the most difficult looking restaurant quality food easy and achievable for the common household cook.

Mark came on board the Gold Coast Show in 2009 with the new "Food Fantastic" attraction. An infection MC with always something quick, witty, pertinent and humorous to say. Listening to him is as entertaining as the food being prepared and filling your senses.

Also the entrepreneur and  on a first name basis with the big fella upstairs if you know what I mean. We'd like to offer Mark's culinary skills to your special event.


Even if he just turns up and doesn't cook a thing. He'll leave you a better person.
