The John Williamson

Great Australian Muster

2010 marked the 150 anniversary of the establishment of the Royal Agricultural Society of Queensland otherwise known as the Toowoomba Royal Show to you and me.

Over the past 8 years I have created Arena Spectacular’s for the show as the feature evening entertainment including, Ned Kelly, Waltzing Matilda Story, Salute to the Outback, Phar Lap and The Man from Snowy River. Over 2000 local performers and individuals have participated in these productions and again we received an extremely positive response to the "John Williamson GREAT AUSTRALIAN MUSTER Arena Spectacular"

The production was a celebration of 150 years of culture, events, people and places within the Darling Downs. Acknowledging the people of the region from the traditional owners through to the unsung heros that have lived amongst us for over a century. The show also included iconic action sequences that are representative of the regions such as mustering cattle and sheep, rodeos and Kick A#$%s Utes.

Music and dance acts featured alongside John Williamson and left the great cheering for more at the end of each nights show.

The performers required to perform this show include:

Feature Singer to duet with John Williamson
150 voice student choir
Accomplished Musicians to make up John’s live band
